Good food with ok service. Chop Stix is a restaurant to go to when at Atlantis. Don't listen to all the reviews, just go.

My family and I ate here on our recent trip to Atlantis. Service was very good and so was the food. For appetizers we had the Dim Sum sampler and shredded chicken salad. The Dim Sum had 8 pieces of pork and chicken items, all very good. The chicken salad was fresh and delicious, we are trying to re-create it... More

I can't believe this restaurant is part of Atlantis. I'm not even sure the chicken was real food. The service was mediocre at best. The food was disgusting. The exterior of the restaurant gives you the impression that it's going to be nice. Once you get inside, the chairs are dirty, and the environment is low class. The waitress was... More

You know you are entering an evening of culinary disappointment when;1)- The name of the restaurant is called Chop Stix and you cannot locate one pair of chopsticks at any table.2)-The restaurant supposedly specializes in Asian cuisine but none of the chefs kitchen help and staff are trained to deliver authentic dishes.Started with the $9.00 SMALL bowl of Wonton soup-basically... We ate here last week and we were a party of 12, so we got to sit in the middle, which was neat (and the kids got a kick out of it)!! I'd say the service was much better than the food, but we still enjoyed ourselves! If I were to go again, I'd just load up on the dim... More

Spent 8 days at Atlantis and had 7 wonderful meals until our last night - Chop Stix. We were a group of 12. One person had a food allergy to fish. This was all explained to one of our waiters (we seemed to have several). First she was served Won Ton soup lobster and shrimp. Next her fried rice came... More

I wish I had read these reviews before making such a huge mistake. $260 for 3 people and it wasn't any better than what we would Get at home for $26. IT TOOK 1 hour and 18 minutes TO GET OUT DRINKS! I'm not kidding! My husband is allergic to seafood and the server was so ugly about him ordering... More

Like others have said, we went to Chopstix to break up the usual fare of food that we've experienced during our 4 day stay in Atlantis. It was our 4th day and we were getting a little tired of the burgers, fries, burritos, rice and peas, etc. so we wanted something a little different. We ate out during our entire... More

Our family loves chinese Asian food but chop stix is supposed to be upscale experience, wine tasted cheap, the dishes were rolled in sauce to hide the cheap chicken and fish quality, the service was so so, but what was really upsetting was the reaction of the waitress about the tip, I understand about the automatic 15% gratuity, but when... We ate at Chop Stix the last time we were at Atlantis two years ago. When we tried to remember it we could not so we went there on this visit. My hunch is that we could not recall anything is because there is nothing memorable about the restaurant...not the food, nor the service, nor the setting, nor the menu,... More
