This year we took three other couples for their first visit to St. Thomas and their first dining experience to Amalia's. Because their seating area is not super sized, we were not sure if they would seat the eight of us together, but that they did. Everyone loved the pizza and delicious salads. As always the service was on spot... More

This is a great restaurant! The food was fabulous and the wine delicious. Beprepared for a busy place, but it is worth waiting for. This place is tucked away, off the beaten path but recommended by locals as a great place to go. We have to agree. The wait staff were very good and also very accomodating.

Excellent, Excellent food in a very nice alley atmosphere. The price is higher than most but well worth the price. In addition, the drinks were very good with a generous amount of alcohol. Staff was excellent. A must eat on the island.

this place was difficult to find.. but worth the journey. i got braised oxtail (recommended by the locals) and my friend got the jerked fish sandwich. I've never had oxtail before but was so impressed with how tender the beat was cooked down to, it literally melts in your mouth. love the soursop drink.. it was sweet and tangy and... More

We had the most amazing lunch here. The service is five star and so is the food. I had the clams in green sauce and chorizos.....yummy. The owner is a delight.

Went here when our cruise docked at St Thomas for the day. There were four of us and we tried a selection of things from the menu including sandwiches and more traditional food. The best dish would have to be Zarzuela de Mariscos which was amazing! Service was excellent, and I don't think the prices were that bad, would definitely... More

Ordered from the tapas menu and enjoyed each item! The location was quiet despite being near the shopping area. The sangria was so delicious - didn't think we would finish it but found that was easy to do!

My husband and I had some time to kill between landing in St. Thomas and catching the ferry to Tortola. We decided to have lunch at the Amalia Cafe. We were very happy with both the service and food. Their beutiful outside deck was a great place to recover from the long plane ride. We will make it a point... More

Recently had lunch at Amalia's Cafe based on all the positive reviews. It was not a disappointment. Please note that this is a "fine dining" establishment and you should be prepared for the prices to reflect that fact. This is not your neighborhood fast food place! With that in mind be prepared to pay for ALL items the waiter suggests... More
