This place has good sorbets and they did taste fresh. We sampled four different varieties and all were pretty good, but I didn't feel like they were in a league of there own. Sorbet is sorbet, a little dab will do ya.

Some interesting flavors, but we were not impressed. It tasted like flavored ice tea that was frozen. It was also hard to find and they closed early.

My sister and I enjoyed the sorbet and gelato on a sunny afternoon. The owners were very friendly and explained about all the different products and flavours. All of the dishes and utensils were environmentally friendly as well. Worth a trip for sure.

We visit St Croix once a year and this is my wife's favorite place. She stops for a lime sorbet at least once a day. Got to admit, its quite a tart treat so I don't mind dropping by. Owners very friendly. Wish them good luck.

In addition to more traditional sorbet flavors, they have island specialties you won't easily find elsewhere. And they use natural ingredients so even my super-healthy husband gave it a try (and loved it!) It's a bit out-of-the-way in Gallows Bay, but worth the visit!
