Friendly staff, the food was just ok, the miso shooters were cute but not to be raved about. The duck was ok.
Our first time dining here will not be the last. We were looking for someplace with a variety of appetizers as we were hungry but not famished. Fusion is tucked away behind an Italian restaurant but easy to locate as it is right beside the cinema. We were seated promptly and our order was taken after the wait staff had... More
We are epicurians, and have discovered fusion after our 4th trip to the island, we mainly go for the food and used to go to grand case all the time, but not anymore. The restaurant is stylish and Omar was so funny we had a great time! Now for the food, everything we had was a delight, very different and... More
Every dish we enjoyed at Fusion was sophisticated in presentation and complex in flavor. We experienced attentive service in a very agreeable decor (we dined outside and it was lovely even though there is no sea view). Tried every appetizer and many of the main courses (we were a large group); even if you don't usually finish with a dessert,... More
We actually found Fusion because the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed. The place has a very intimate setting. We settled on the $39 3 course prix fixe dinner. Each course was fantastic. The Tempura shrimp appetizer stood out, as did the complimentary miso soup shooter. I'm not typically a fan of miso soup, but this version was... More
Fusion was a relatively short walk from our hotel. However, despite proximity, we went based on the menu. I was hungry for pasta, but as usual, my date vetoed Italian. Fusion has something for everyone, including the best seafood pasta that I have ever had. This is my go to menu item so I have had a good number to... More
Fusion was our favorite restaurant for food and drinks while in St. Maarten. The wait staff was very attentive and knew the menu very well. They made recommendations based on our conversation and everything we had was wonderful. The little Asian twist on the dishes made them truly exceptional to us. The miso soup shooters were very unique and tasty.... More
We came here on a slow night after leaving Crave because they didn't accept credit cards. Wow am I glad we did. The manager Ricky was very accomodating with all our requests. We started with a complementry wine which was a good 1/2 glass pour of wine. The first time we ate there 2 of us got the Red Snapper... More
We had an appetizer sample platter that was fantastic! We probably should have stopped there, but we ordered 2 delicious seafood main dishes. The seared tuna with wasabi mashed potatoes was fabulous as was the miso salmon. Lovely surroundings and good service. We had no room for dessert, but we did have seconds on martinis.
We love coming to St. Martin. Always love to have a great meal out with our friends. Fusion is family owned and the love shows. Ricky will greet you at the door and go over the menu. His sister prepares each meal. Each meal is prepare fresh with the specials highlighted. They make it a dinning experience, not just dinner.... More
