FACT is my personal rating system and this place has it all! The breakfast almost lefts speechless...it's that good! Very light and fresh but delicious and different! The environment and service are really nice. The layout of the restaurant is exceptional. Perfect for young romances. About the food, everything has chocolate, so if you're a lover of the chocolate flavor, that's the place for you.

As part of our day trip to Soufriere we stopped and had lunch at Hotel Chocolat and I'm so happy we chose this restaurant. The views were stunning, the location beautiful and the food was so tasty, really unique use of chocolate throughout the whole meal. We visited the Rabot Estate during our holiday to St Lucia, and dined at the Boucan for lunch - WOW! The menu was interesting, the food delicious and freshly prepared in one corner as you sit with a wonderful view/backdrop of the Pitons. One of my favourite memories of our St Lucian trip........
