This little restaurant won't catch your attention just from looks alone. But if you are looking for amazing local food at an amazing price check out this hidden gem. There is a huge selection of items on the menu from chicken to fish or burgers. We had read other reviews suggesting the ribs and they are in fact delicious and... More

My husband and I visited the Friday night Jump Up in Gros Islet while visiting St. Lucia for our honeymoon in April. After trying a bit of street vendor food, we stopped in to Flavours of the Grill, just off the main drag, and sat at the bar with Danett. We are so glad we did! You can sit inside... More

In planning our welcome/rehearsal dinner, we wanted to have a local St. Lucian dinner. We contacted Chef O'Nell Daly months in advance and he was super helpful and responsive in answering our questions on the menu and venue. Chef O'Nell Daly is so nice and easy to work with! The evening of the dinner the restaurant had a handmade palm... More

We planned on visiting Flavours of the Grill all week but decided to just go during the Friday night jump up. They had a great BBQ spread and we had a little of everything (chicken, fish, pork). The dinner was great, what wonderful flavours. Our only regret was not trying this place sooner, i'm sure we would have been back.

First of all, this was on our list of "must hit" restaurants for our trip to St Lucia. We asked every bus driver, taxi driver, hotel staff, other restaurant employees, and anyone else we talked too if they knew where this place was and nobody did. If you want to go tell them to take you to the intersection of... More

Flavours of the Grill is everything that everyone's comments say it is. Its so easy to miss an island gem like this one that's somewhat off the beaten path. Its also easy to spend an entire vacation eating out in tourist designations and never really experiencing a truly notable meal. You won't make that mistake if you visit Flavours. Chef... More

Located in an atmospheric small town, this is everything we thought that a Caribbean restaurant should be. Very smiley accommodating service, chef delivering food proudly, good decor and great music and atmosphere. We'll go back again and again

We visited Flavours of the Grill twice during our stay in Gros Islet. The first time was the day that we arrived on the only day we had pouring rain all day. We arrived at the restaurant only to be told that they were busy and we may have to wait for our meal. That was O.K. by us and... More

Flavours of the Grill is by far the most authentic and laid back of the fine eateries in Rodney Bay area. Onell is the friendliest and most gracious chef owners that I have had the pleasure to meet. He answered my email before I even left for vacation to St. Lucia and had a table all ready and waiting for... More

Excellent authentic food beautifully cooked in a charming cottage style restaurant with a pretty verandah. The barbecue for the Friday night jump up is delicious - chicken, fish, pork and steak accompanied by typical local dishes like salt cod and green banana salad. On our previous visit we had the fish cakes, local fish and barbecued spare ribs liberally washed... More
