Spectacular food coupled with fine wines served in front of an amazing view overlooking Castries. Check the cruise ship schedule before making a reservation. Use a taxi to get there as it is very difficult to find if driving yourself.

We had dinner reservations at the Pink Plantation but could not find the place. We stopped three times asking for directions and nobody could direct us there. Street signs are no where to be found! We were excited to eat there but after driving for almost an hour and a half we gave up and ate back at our resort....

The owner and staff are great at the Pink Plantation house. The menu had differant offerings than any of the other places we ate on the island and was prepared perfectly to our liking. The Plantation House has a personality of it's own but is difficult to find if you are not from the island.
This restaurant was open air and beautiful. The owner was very friendly and allowed us to walk all over the beautiful grounds and the house that it was in. The tables had live orchids for centerpieces and hand painted decorative plates. the grilled vegetable salad was the tastiest meal that I had while on the island and since most meals...

We were a bit late for 'lunch', so almost had the place to ourselves. Except for a group of businessmen signing a mega buck deal on the table next to us!!

Whowee we loved restaurant looking over Castries in the distance. The air is slightly cooler. The restaurant perfectly decorated with the loveliest of pottery. The most delicious food, service perfect. It's not cheap but a delightful treat.
Twinned with the Coal Pot (owned by the same couple) the menu is similar although a little more limited. The food is very good but its the setting that delights the senses! The plantation house dates from around 1840 and has been lovingly restored. The gardens and view of Castries are both exceptional, especially when the sun shines. We had...

Winnie our taxi driver suggested the pink plantation house for lunch after an energetic few hours of sightseeing! We sat on the veranda surrounded by orchids and other tropical plants. It's like stepping back in time, close your eyes and you could be a visitor to the plantation.
The food was very tasty, the service is on island time. A...

My son and his fiancee chose The Pink Plantation for their March 2013 wedding reception locale after a quick run-by en route to the airport the year before. They loved the views and the staff from the get-go and booked it without hesitation.
It was glorious. After hired buses transported the guests from the hotel, the reception itself started at...

What an amazing place - so good to see that time, money and love are being invested in preserving some of St Lucia's history and heritage. The Pink Plantation House is a beautiful house in beautiful tropical gardens. It was a real pleasure to sit on the wide verandah having lunch with fabulous views over Castries and the north coast...
