My favorite jerk spot in the entire trip. I love their jerk sauce, it is so good that they even sell it for you to bring back home. The papaya shakes are also delicious and I found myself wanting to have that same one the entire trip.

Anywhere you eat in Jamaica you'll have scotch bonnet peppers and here is no different, it's good, it's hot, and it's priced right. The staff was friendly and nice to us. It was very convenient since we were staying right across the road at CocoLaPalm Resort. I do recommend that you try it to anyone who likes their food hot...

I've eaten here every year since 2008. Love the place and love the chicken. My advice is get there early afternoon and wait for the chicken to come off the grill fresh. It is the real thing, spicy and wonderful..Cheers

If your looking for 'real' jerk chicken, Best in the West has it. For less than $20 you can get a half chicken, rice and peas, and a couple of beers. Completely satisfying, 100% authentic roadside cuisine.

Just back from March trip, I ate at Bof W three times. It's better then anyone's period. Better then 3 Dives too which is also very good.

Amazing and right across the road from CocoLaPalm. Have a dirty banana while you wait. Also had the shrimp and rice.....cannot beat this place.

Did a serious jerk chicken adventure this past trip and out of the six places we ate jerk, have to day Best in the West gets our vote with 3 Dives coming in a close 2nd. Great vibe just hanging out around the bar too.

Orlando was awesome he wasn't even working and took the time to tell us where great food and good times would be. he also the next day gave us tips and tricks for the island. Great bartender and very nice guy. jerk chicken was fantastic and a very large offering for the price we paid.

Our family went to the The Best for lunch. Good jerk chicken, but not our favorite. Employees did not give you the feeling that they cared if you were there or not.

Best of the West was right outside of the CocoLaPalm Resort, where we stayed. They're open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. so we would cross the street and order a take out. Their jerk chicken is wonderful and very popular among Jamaicans!
