I really liked the sushi from Chopstix I ate the Curacao and Tempura, the sizes are perfect and have a great test. The prices are also affordable.

The decor was average, could use some updates/repairs/fresh coat of paint. The sushi was all good, but nothing FABULOUS. I found it odd that almost all of the special rolls had cream cheese in them. Very odd :-P I would probably not return, because it was just 'nothing special.'
The servers are very nice but the place is just average --no atmosphere, tables close together...the food was just OK. It doesn't compare to Ema-Tei's but the locals recommended this place as the best sushi. Usually they are right so it was hard to understand why they liked Chopstix so much. I wouldn't go back.
We were told it was the best sushi on the island... if so then sushi has a long way to come on Curacao. The seaweed paper is very thick and chewy, nothing original on the menu. I haven't had sushi this poor anywhere in Southern California. It is about as good as grocery store pre-packaged.
Whitout a doubt: Chopstix serves the best sushi on Curacao. As a regular visitor (and even more take outs) I tried all the sushi on the menu and they all are extremly well made. All ingredients are fresh, the rice is not sticky, the beer (Saporo) is cold.
Service is very friendly, especialy at the Penstraat restaurant. You should try...

We visited Chopstix on our recent stay in Curacao – we were greeted by the owners and had a great meal! Creative sushi dishes fill and were just what we needed after a day on the beach. Note: the name appears to be spelled wrong on this site - it's CHOPSTIX.
