We went to Carambola as one of our first dinners during our visit to Aruba. It largely underwhelmed us, the restaurant was pretty empty at dinner (I counted three seated tables including us) and the food was just so so. Compared to the dinners we had later in our trip it just didn't measure up.

They have an early bird 3 course meal that includes a free glass of wine. We sat inside the beautifully decorated dining room and was in awe of all the fancy woodwork. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. The owner Martin is amazing along with all his staff and food. This is defiantly a place you should go to make your stay a little bit better

Woooowww!!!! I was very pleased with everything. The service was great!!! The owner is also available and friendly. Makes you feel at home. Has exclusive dishes like peanut soup. Loved the Triple “C” Chowder. The steak was gooooooood!!!! Will sure visit again when I'm back in Aruba.
