The atmosphere and service were the best. The food and wine were sub-par for the price, dried out fish and chicken with paste for potatoes and risotto. Along with a $10 dollar bottle of wine for $47. To bad for a restaurant that we visited every year we've gone. We will never return there.

After years of visiting Aruba and hearing so much about Hyatts great Sunday brunch, we finally tried it today. When you approach the podium you pay before being seated. The cost for 2 including tax and gratuity was $77. As soon as you are seated, you are greated with a smile and offered champagne or mimosas. Our mimosa glasses were... More

When we ate there the menu was somewhat limited. But, what they had was enough of a choice for us. You can sit outdoors by the pond if you get there at the right time. Pretty setting.

I have been going to Aruba for many years, this is the 10th time. Almost every time I visit Ruinas del Mar as I know the food is going to be solid and the service attentive. Good fish menu, a few steaks, and a small but decent wine list. This is one of my standards in the area I know... More

Enjoyed our meals here. General Manager Roel was very accommodating and made sure we were attended to. Our waiter, Anthony was excellent. He took time to talk to us about the culture and food and even taught us some phrases in Pappiamento. Lobster and steak was great. Grouper and the snapper excellent. Must leave room for the freshly baked apple... More

We love sunday brunch at the Hyatt ! It's the most pricey brunch on the island, but worth every cent ... from the salad bar to the dessert station, the selection is very extensive and everything tastes delicious! We especially love the seafood raw bar, with an unlimited servings of fresh oysters, mussels, shrimps and salmon. Defenitely worth a visit... More

We ate here for Easter Brunch. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. The waiters kept the included mimosas flowing throughout the meal. They were very attentive when we needed other drinks as well. We were on the open air patio near the pond which was lovely. The made to order omelettes were excellent as was most of the... More
