The Old world atmosphere is great, it is just like the old pub/shop was in Ireland in my young days. Food unimaginative, basic. Staff were really friendly and kind.
lovely friendly and atmospheric pub with lots of music and company
Wow what a pub full of cool stuff to look at while having a relaxed drink or two. This is the real deal no fake old world look. Just a pub that has evolved over years and years. C

This shop/pub/off licence etc etc is an old style waterways pub which serves sweets, beer, food or groceries! I think it was featured on 3 men in a boat Ireland - BBC series with Dara O'Briain, Griff Rhys Jones and Rory McGrath. They buy pipes and pints in Killeens!!. A visit to this waterways pub is an experience.

We were detoured to get into town and found Kileen's immediately. We were looking for some breakfast and a coffee. Kileens doesn't serve breakfast but Mick and Mary...
