Excellent seafood in a good location. This is a big, mainly out door area by The north shore of Chalong Bay. A bit outdated but the food was sensational. “A delicious seafood restaurant in good price!!”

We ordered two tiger pawns, two "lai liu" pawns, two big crabs, one big fish and vegetable and a fresh conconut, total cost 2,200 bath. The seafood is alive and you can pick it on from the water tank. The seafood in phuket elsewhere is frozen, not allive.Tangkae is very near to Phuket Zoo and easy to find.

This restaurant is definitely in my favourite restaurant list (that is becoming shorter and shorter...) The place has a beautiful view on the sea and on Panwa Cape, and the restaurant is very big, with large space between the tables and plenty of flowers decorating the site . Stopped going about three years ago because service was poor. We went back again this week, walled into the restaurant and were ignored, lots of staff wandering about but no one to show us to a table. We walked out and spent ouroney elsewhere.
