This restaurant is perfectly situated to view a great sunset away from the hustle and bustle of fishermans village just around the corner. We had a great meal and were very well looked after by the owner and staff who were very attentive to our needs. There is direct access onto the quiet beach where the kids love to go... More

My husband and I were walking along the beach and found Ad hoc. The restaurant has an amazing view of sunset in the afternoon and we loved watching the sky change colour while we dined. The staff here were extremely friendly and happy which we loved. The food was top notch! Everything we had was so fresh, tasty and we... More

We discovered this beautiful little cafe due to Trip Advisor and the location while on main road is on the Bohput beach and is superb. We only wanted a light lunch so we ordered one seafood wrap to share we loved it so much we ordered a second. The service was great but not sure about value for money, you... More

I was not sure as this restaurant is between a busy road and the sea... But they made a great building setting job so you really don't have the inconvenient of the traffic and only the advantage of the beach. The service was remarkable very professional and friendly. We wanted a brake in the Thai diet so we had steaks... More

Every Cafe/Restaurant on the Bo Phut to Bng Por coastal roadboasts the best sunset, but Ad Hoc beats them all and the reason is very simple.....it's NOT slap up next it's intrusive neighbours. On it's own quiet secluded beach frontage the hectic Fisherman's Village is nearly one kilometre west and to the east...palm trees, rocks, and sand, not a bulldozer... More

Apart from the quiet beachfront location, which was suprising considering the proximity to the main road, a visit to Ad Hoc Beach Cafe was unremarkable. The main courses were distinctly average, the ravioli was bland and tasteless and the sea bass was ordinary. The service was attentive, however, there were only three tables of diners during our visit at sunset... More

The food, service & location was fantastic. Thank you for your service! We recommend the slow cooked beef & white chocolate fettuccine 😊

Great food with a beutiful sunset in the background! Why is this place so quiet? Could be because it's slightly out of the way, but this only means it's a hidden gem!
