The Blue Bar is attached to and is run by Hibiscus House Hotel. It is a no nonsense bar and restaurant frequented by a lot of ex pats. It is cheaper than Hibiscus but the food is prepared by the same chef in the same kitchen. They do deals like 2 meals for 250 dalasis from their specials board. You... More
