The food and service was amazing. Blue cheese souffle, macadamia encrusted schnapper, ravioli with scallops and chocolate desert was so fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented!! Words can't do it justice - you just have to try it for yourself!! Have the Macadamia Crusted Snapper!!

I live in England and went to Bluefish with my parents who have a house on the Sunshine Coast and it was absolutely brilliant. I had the cuttlefish entree followed by the pork belly and finally the soft chocolate pudding. The service was great but the real star was the food, which was just divine. We have been coming here for the last year and the fish has always been beautifully fresh and cooked to perfection.
