We went to Le Piment twice for dinner and once for a late dessert/night cap. It's simply divine!! It was always busy but never a long wait. The service is great - very attentive. The owner has a passion for her food and it really shows when she personally delivers their nightly specials from the menu. We had the beef...

We had a wonderful dinner here on our last night in St Maarten, food was unbelievable and well worth the 125.00 for two people. We also shared a bottle of wine.
