We had oringally booked for lunch on Saturday but changed to Sunday...there was no record of this when we arrived..however the woman sorted a table out for us and was very professional in the way she handled the situation. The staff all dressed in black looked good ... and were very attentive.

We visited wine country and had the most delicious lunch at the Tasting Shed when we were in Auckland for the Rugby World Cup. It was so good that we made a special trip about a week later on our last day in NZ to eat there again but hadn't realized that they are only open for lunch at weekends...

Four of us went there at the weekend in the evening.
To begin with, we drove in and the car park was pitch black no lights working at all.
Had to walk in complete darkness from the car park to the restaurant.
The room was quite cold and we kept our coats on the whole time we were there.
