The first time came across PaPanui, from the lovely to lovely staff, everything ok, except the wind outside made me chilly. I've been to many small restaurants around Tokyo and this is a favourte - consistently good food for a very reasonable price (eg a cup of 19 % alcohol 4 $), value for money
