Each piece has a difference touch (salt, lemon juice, and/or sauces) Fish were amazingly fresh and tasty. My chef (yes, each chef is allocated to a group and I was alone) spoke english very... More

I have only been to the sushi bar on the bottom floor. This is a place for incredible sushi. It is hard to say more than that. I really recommend it. Let the chef make what he wants. The fish is incredibly fresh and the chefs are total artists. Just little touches to change the taste in subtle ways. Good... More

I was invited there by a Japanese colleague and friend, whom I know to be a real gourmet. He warned me it would have been expensive, but, in his view, worth it. And worth definitely worth it. With a chef almost allocated individually to us, we where taken to a trip in the real of taste, where every sushi morsel... More

My husband and I did part of our honeymoon in Tokyo for 3 nights. We are major sushi snobs in NYC and knew we had to experience better-than-amazing sushi in Tokyo. The hotel concierge was able to make us a reservation for our first night in Tokyo. Kyubei is a little hard to find (as is almost everything is Tokyo),... More

With one chef for every six customers, you get to customize your experience and interact along the way. In response to a question about wasabi, our chef grabbed a horseradish and a sharkskin grating board to show us how it's made (and served us the result). More
