I was disappointed that there was no set-dancing in the barn, as had been advertised. My partner had the bacon and cabbage, which he pronounced "gorgeous" as well as the sherry trifle for dessert. My chicken curry was average. More

In fact if you want to experience real home cured bacon if you ask quietly they may find a piece for you (its an off menu local special) A word of warning here, real home cured bacon is not for... This pub has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was disappointing though. Not much choice on the menu, and the food wasn't very tasty. I wouldn't recommend eating in this pub. More

We stopped in Kilfenorra for Lunch after driving through the Burren, the weather was... kind of Irish but it felt so good to enter this traditional pub and order a yummy seafood chowder server with brown bread for 5.50€. Really tasty but it could have a bit creamier. More
