Our tour guide recommended this to us and we were horribly disappointed. Service was so-so, but the food was really not good at all. Do NOT order the peppercorn steak-it was more like cheap, tough roast beef. The shrimp cocktail consisted of a few teeny tiny overcooked shrimp lining the bottom of the dish. Beware! More

I cannot comment on the hotel since we didn't stay there. But Kia has now opened their restaurant to the public and they are clearly not ready to deal with any number of customers at one time.
