On arrival we were greeted warmly. The room was quite full due to a birthday party in progress which could account to the slowness of placing our order at the bar. Had dinner at Clovervrest Hotel tonight - I ordered a Chicken Schnitzel with a chesse type sauce. I ate some of it, then realised that part of it was totally raw. I sent it back, expecting a replacement, but was gob-smacked to be served the same piece of chicken again, afer it had been recooked. It still had the bit... More
