  "There is no place in Sardinia that I could recommend more warmly. It is a place for feeling, thinking, dreaming, getting in love with. I agree with the other reviewers that this is a small paradise. It is almost like in a day dream although we arrived there late in the night, feeling totally lost, ..."so the borders between day and night were very thin. Taking a perspective, I do not know what we enjoyed more: Fabrizio's stories, Angelica's warm smile and nice words, the lyrics of the de Andre music surrounding us with magic....or was it the food that seemed to be cooked with the heart, lots of special aromas, fresh and tasty, increddible creativity, we could not stop eating although we usually take no dinner. The wine collection is rare and Fabrizio gave us the best introduction to the history and philosophy of this place and of the whole country.   "The Pausania Inn is in a great location, about 5 mins from the centre of Tempio Pausania. We stayed for 1 night. The room was really large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a shower, sink and toilet but it was quite old fashioned in style. It was clean though. One downside was the b..."reakfast - coffee was in flasks and there was no fresh fruit. There were some nice cakes though. Lovely view from breakfast room. Another downside was lack of soundproofing. Not sure if it was just our bedroom or throughout the hotel but we could hear everything in the adjacent room, people walking along the corridor and the evening's entertainment in the dining room! Fortunately it all went quiet around midnight so we weren't too badly affected. " More >
