  "My husband, my 6 month old daughter and I have just returned from staying here for 1 week all inclusive. We had a fantastic time and would probably go again! The hotel is very nice however the rooms are very basic for a 4* hotel. The food was ok with lots of choice and the drinks included we're fab..." with lagers, wine, cocktails on tap! The entertainment staff and restaurant staff were amazing and so friendly! The only one negative I have is that as we have a baby we needed a kettle to steriliser water and warm her milk up. However (although a 4* star) they didn't provide kettles in the room. They offered us the use if a microwave in the restaurant which was ok but having to pop down there everytime she needed feeding was a pain. The guy even offered to drive us to the hotel because it was raining when we returned the car. You need to rent a car to get the most of your holiday & to get around Menorca. There are absolutely loads of parking space in the hotel so you don't have to worry about that. Short drive to Citadella, a nice town. (former capital of Menorca before it was changed to Mahon) Hotel food is amazing, there are plenty of choices for everybody, there are always fish, 2 or 3 types of meat (chicken, beef, pork, lamb) vegetables, chips, potatoes, pasta, paella, salads, soups, bread, drinks & desserts. The LOCATION is excellent if your looking for a relaxing week by the pool however if you want to explore the island (without renting a car) or to book any boat trips it seemed that the other side of the island was better located. The..." main strip of Cala´n Forcat itself is about a 5-10 min walk away from the hotel and has the usual bars, restaurants and shops that you would expect to find in a Spanish holiday resort. TIP - If you get the chance, visit Jimmy Hills. They have live groups performing every night. The Jackson tribute was excellent. The HOTEL is about an hours transfer from Mahon airport (depending on the number of drop-offs). The reception staff were welcoming and happy to assist where ever they could.
