Although at first it seems quite badly located, truth is you have a supermarket, restaurant, café, gas pump, and other stores near you, and also the entrance to the hig..."hway, which is just 3 minutes away. The scenery is also nice, as the hotel is still located in the valley, and you have a lot of mountains around you, and also some waterfalls! :) Apart from that, the room was quite small, but adequate for people who just want to spend the evening and have a good nice sleep. It was a bit too hot inside the room, and the bed didn't help either (probably the only downside). I found the breakfast quite good, personally, with lots of different types of bread, jams, etc. All in all, I found it was a great stay in the center of everything we wanted to visit (Chamonix, the Alps, Genève, ...)
