Fortunately, it was a really wonderful experience that far exceeded our expectations and left us wanting to return with our friends in the near future. We were lucky enough to get a room near right by the large pool area with a view of the ocean. It was super clean with all the amenities to make us feel right at home! The food was excellent, especially at the El Dorado restaurant (where we made reservations 3 of the 4 nights).   "My wife and I just returned from two weeks at this resort, and have nothing but good things to say about the property, the staff and the service offered. DON'T BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!!! I was concerned at first with this property after reding some negative reviews, but after staying at this ..."resort, all my concerns where quickly washed away. When we first arrived, we were placed in the wrong room for what I requested. I informed the front desk staff that we were in the wrong room and they immediately corrected the issue, having us stay in an ocean view suite with a magnificent sunset view every day. Throughout our stay, the staff got to know us personally, remembering what we liked to drink, what we took in our coffee, and what we had done during the day making the stay extremely personal.
