  "We stayed at the Radisson Blu after spending a week on the islands. It is a great transition back to the real world but isn't a true Fiji experience. The property is beautiful, the rooms spotless and comfortable and the staff is very responsive and friendly. The only downside to our experience wa..."s the large number of children at the resort, probably 2 kids to each adult. Don't get me wrong, I love kids.. when they are well behaved and their parents have a moderate level of control. Probably didn't help that we were there during a "kids eat free" promotion but the breakfast buffet felt like a bad theme park experience with all of the kids running around. We spent the majority of our time at the adult pool or at other resorts where it was more relaxing. " More >

  "We had a 13 night stay in Sofitel, were greeted by Aiushie on arrival, given a room upgrade and although the room should not have been ready until 2pm, she got us into a room by 7.30am. The service and staff were excellent. Room was beautiful, but best of all the bed was awesome, we slept like babie..."s. Aiushie had a beautiful decorated plate with cakes and candle delivered to our room for my hubbies 60th birthday and sincerely could,nt do enough for us. Activity staff were superb, loved the water aerobics. Dined most night at Salt which was fantastic. Dined a few times at Lagoon, but felt a bit rushed as was given bill before we were finished as if encouraged to leave. Pool was superb, but sometimes difficult to get enoug shade, think a few more umbrellas would be great. Also some more cushions for lounges, as they are quite uncomfortable if you stay a while on them. All in all we would definitely recommend Sofitel to anyone looking for a fantastic relaxing holiday.
