  "We stayed at the Park Vista in Gatlinburg May 13-15. We had always wondered about it when we visited in the past.So this time, since we were celebrating our anniversary, we decided to stay. No regrets. The 15-story Hotel is high on a hill overlooking Garlinburg and the surrounding mountains. We c..."hose a high floor City View room and were given exactly that on the 11th floor. The view was spectacular of the city, especially at night. That alone was worth the stay as it is so different from any Parkway or River Road hotel in Gatlinburg. The room was spacious, (not pie-shaped as is the case with other round hotels) quiet, clean and well-appointed. It had a refrigerator and very large screen TV. There was a microwave on our floor near the elevators - none in the room. The vanity area is large and is separate from the bathroom/tub area which is very small. The shower head was decent.   "We stayed in the cabin "All Fun and Games" from Americas Cabins. Our family decided to rent a cabin in the Smokie's and we loved our stay, we had ten people in our party and there was enough room for all us to sleep and enjoy ourselves, the customer service was very friendly when it came to booking ..."and locating our cabin. Our cabin was very clean when we arrived, they provided plenty of bedding for the sleeper sofas and had new extra pillows provided if we needed them.The kids and adults enjoyed the games available to play, the views from the balcony's were amazing as well. I recommend using the directions that the company give you versus using your gps. The check in and out system was a breeze. We cant wait to go and when we go back we will plan on staying with Americas Cabins again. " More >
