As far as hotels go its ok, the room we stayed in was nice - epic wing with views of the ocean, pool is nice if a little cold, activities are great (plenty to do) but this hotel doesn't have the wow factor. There was a mistake with our car booking from the airp..."ort which started the stay off bady for us -driver was 45 mins late and we ordered a nice car but he turned up in a huge mini van for 12 people which was hard to see out the windows of. Shame as we wanted to view the sights. Breakfast at kula terrace was average - we couldn't even drink our hot drinks as they tasted so bad. Almost like the water wasn't fresh. Other grumble is the whole hotel is freezing - bring a jumper! Ac is ridiculously high even if it's not that hit outside. On top of this they are also renovating and gave us two free drinks to compensate for this. It's an ok hotel, but do not expect to be blown away. " More >

  "From the moment we drove up, customer service was excellent. 99% of everyone we dealt with was THE BEST. I say 99% because I do not consider myself perfect, but they were very close. The views, how clean the resort was kept, the extras-(fire dancers). Yes there is some remodeling going on, but the n..."oise level was small and the workers could not have been more "aware" of customer service to the guests.
