  "Classic Old Hotel But Not the New Tower"
  "In early May of 2013 we stayed two nights. The first in the Tower and then moved to the old restored hotel building. The Tower was a disappointment. The lobby as loud and cold as modern Vegas. The room itself was barely big enough to contain the king sized bed. Only one uncomfortable desk chair and ..."a TV placed strangely above the small desk The bath room had no hand soap at all, only a dispenser for soap and shampoo in the shower. It was also surprising to find there was no coffee in the room, a nicety that even the smallest chains routinely provide. The second night we moved to the older hotel (at about a $40 increase in rate) and the room was much nicer, quite large and very quiet. The beds in both facilities were superb and the lighting and ambience in the older room were very nice. Unfortunately, this room also lacked any hand soap and was without a coffee bar.
