  "Our large travelling party (25 people) stopped here on our way to Bathurst. While the decor is certainly outdated, the size of our ground-floor room was HUGE! So much space, enough for a full-sized couch in addition to the queen bed and single bed, plus a table and chairs. Curiously, the bathroom..." was quite small in comparison, but the water was hot and the amenities clean. Being on the main road, it was very quiet and we didn't hear any traffic noise at all. Also it is just a short walk into town to a supermarket, pubs and restaurants and other shops. Also close to petrol stations. Most of our large party ate at the motel's restaurant which did mean quite a wait for food, but it was good quality and the serves were large.
