Upon entering the hotel I was surprised by the amount of construction going on throughout the building, however it did not impact my overall experience. I was somewhat disappointed that there was not a fridge in the room, but we made due with an ice bucket. The wedding was wonderful and I was very impressed with the food. The filet was one of the most tender steaks that I have had. I was very impressed with the staff and found them pleasant and helpful. On gentleman in particular went over and above by volunteering to assist me in bringing my mother's large oxygen machine down from the top floor and even loading it in my trunk- I was very appreciative. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially once the renovations are complete. " More >

Our room was very nice, large and clean as well. As the name indicates, all rooms at Embassy Suites are in fact suites, which really gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your stay. As for the wedding, the reception was great and there is a bar/lounge that stays open late which is a nice touch. Best of all, the free breakfast buffet in the morning was very good, and had the guys making omelettes, as well as french toast, hash browns, muffins and your other standard breakfast items. The only downside to this hotel is that it's not really walkable to anything, so if you don't have a car I might recommend the Doubletree which is nearby... " More >

  "We stayed at this hotel on Saturday, May 18th, 2013. Everyone that we met were wonderful and went above and beyond taking care of anything that we needed. They really are customer friendly. The Front Desk (Brendan, Eileen & Valerie) far exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and the room wasn..."'t ready. They couldn't have been nicer. We left our bags and went out and when we came back the room was ready and our bags were taken up to the room by Jimmy. The beds are wonderful!! Pool and Jacuzzi were relaxing. Didn't get to use the workout room, but that looked nice too! Great location as Ikea, TJ Maxx, Homegoods and Marshall's are at the next exit. We also had the breakfast buffet on Sunday which was also great. If you are looking for a nice getaway this is the place. Everyone was so inviting and always went above and beyond in trying to please the customer. We'd definitely stay here again. " More >
