A well maintained foot path passes along the sea just off the property. This is the Oregon coast, so one need not worry about overcrowding (most of the time). The motel office has games and puzzles for guest use for those times when one would rather not venture out - when it rains for instance. It is fun to birdwatch all year, whale watch during the appropriate months, and anytime of year do a check on the dog walkers and their charges as they (dogs and people) enjoy the path.
