I judge the cleanliness of a room by its bathroom and it was clean. There is a train track across the road adjacent to the hotel--you can hear trains sometimes at..." night but it did not interfere with sleep. It as cool and the hvac kept the room nice and warm. There was the nice bonus of a microwave and small fridge.   "I hurt my back and was in real pain, they upgraded me 2 a hit tub suite which really helped. The staff was friendly, asked how I was next day, good continental breakfast w/waffle maker and it is quiet being on outskirts b4 entering town, right on route 66."
