Larry is a very charming host and well-informed on the cultural characteristics of this area of Ohio where the Amish population is significant. And, as the "singing Innkeeper" he made quite the impression. It was a very good experience and we would likely stay there again should we visit the area.   "For 3 days/2 nights, planned as a get-a-way trip, my wife and I were transported to a scene where our "at home" hours left us feeling like pampered royalty. Upon arrival at Harmony Haven B&B we were warmly welcomed by owner Deborah on the front porch. And this was just the beginning. Each early ev..."ening on the front porch we were personally served a "goodie" with fresh brewed coffee, maybe a fried pie, slice of pumpkin bread or a piece of cake, all products of the local Amish bakeries. And breakfasts! Never in B&B's have we experienced such attention and variety of foods. Personally prepared omelets, potatoes, fresh mixed fruits, juices, Amish breads and local made jams, coffee or tea, all standard fare. And as good as the food was, it was especially nice to participate in table conversation with breakfast partner Deborah H. about the area, sites to visit and routes to use.
