The breakfasts were wonderful, with a large choice served in the dinning room with a country farm house feel. They offer a DVD library that we could borrow movies from to watch by the fire in our private lounge at night. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and served freshly baked cookies and tea in the main lounge each night. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet and chat with other guests. Even before going I was impressed with their customer service, as I mistakenly asked about availability for a special on a date when the special had ended a few weeks earlier. Instead of pointing out my mistake t..."he owners were kind enough to extend their offer. We were going to have a one room suite but when we arrived we were given a cottage upgrade at no extra cost! The cottage was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We always bring our own pillows and this was the first time we never used them as the ones there were so fluffy. The hot tub was even already on and warm when we got there! We couldn't have asked for a better stay, thanks for the amazing time.
