  "I had to attend a weekend seminar in Pleasantville. This hotel was a convenient location, easy access to both directions on RT. 40, room was clean and everything worked. Staff was freindly and helpful. I don't understand the low rating compared to other Pleasantville hotels."

The staff was very friendly and easy going, including when I observed them helping other guests with an issue. We were nervous about noise in the middle of the night when we saw that they had schuttle service to AC into the wee hours, but the the soundproofing was excellent and we did not hear anything going on outside our suite.
