The view from the living area, kitchen, and breakfast room was magnificent; and the companionship was extremely warm and helpful. Sondra outdid herself every morning with her gourmet breakfasts. We felt like we were eating a posh Sunday brunch every day, and we did not feel hungry until lunchtime. Her referrals for food and activities led us to meet even more people who were friendly and hospitable. Anyone we encountered in the Bristol area went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our vacation experience.   "Perfect Winter Weekend!"
  "We spent a cold, snowy weekend here in February and it couldn't have been nicer. The house itself is wonderful. We stayed in Lila's room and really loved it. The furnishings are charming and the bed was extremely comfortable. We didn't spend too much time in the room since we had a busy weekend ..."of hiking and socializing, but it certainly would have been a nice place to just hang out, relax and read a good book. The public spaces are also really nice. The living room is cozy and is a perfect spot to settle down in for afternoon tea. If you like cats like we do, it's a bonus to have one of them consent to curling up on your lap for a snooze. The dining room is very comfortable and provides the perfect setting for breakfast. Which brings me to the food... We've stayed at a number of B&B's, but none that could come close to matching the food here. Sandra is such a great cook!   "Birthday getaway!!"
  "What a wonderful relaxing day/evening we had here at the Inn. The owners were very pleasant and greeted us with a smile. Had a delicious dinner and Larry wanted to make sure things were cooked the way we liked it. Had a "birthday" dessert and all staff and patrons in the tavern sang as well. What a..."n enjoyable dinner. Sat in the front room after with the fireplace and again Larry asked if we needed the heat turned up. Offered to bring drinks or snacks if we would like them.
