The down side BEWARE we booked on Priceline and got a room in the old west tower, we got the giggles as soon as we walked out of the elevator he is so so dated we expected Elvis to walk around the corner, i..."f you are looking for a classic old 60's style room then you found it, we walked in and I was stunned I ran my fingers over the table top and thick dust the decor is as the photo indicates but seriously used the bedspread was vile like it had been used since the hotel opened. We went back to reception and paid an upgrade for the east tower.............were we really in the same hotel!...beautiful room and clean with a large bathroom, double sink and crisp clean bedding GREAT! People were moaning that the slots were not paying up, but it might of just been a bad night, overall a good 1 night stay and yes we would stay again but make sure you book the east tower, unless you are going to drin...   "I stayed at Fairfield Inn on a business trip. My room was a suite on the third floor. It was very comfortable, although the sitting area was a bit smaller than I've seen in comparable properties. The clerks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful to me. My room location might have been ..."a bit noisy (right above the front entrance), but by turning on the fan I was able to block out any noise that might have disturbed me. I love the way Marriott layers comforters with thin fabric covers, which makes it easy to adjust the temperature of the bedding. I slept very well here. The breakfast was good, and the location was ideal for getting to and from shopping areas, the freeway, and the location of my meetings. I will definitely stay here again on future trips to Reno.
