It's about the beach, with some of the softest white sugar sand around. The water is actually 10 degrees warmer on this stretch of the cape. The beach is private and they'll set up your beach chairs and umbrella just for you each morning. They have the greatest kids activities and run it like a camp. Our daughter couldn't wait to get going each morning after breakfast. From kite building to minigolf,hermit crab races, sand castle building, soccer, swimming and on and on.   "We loved our stay @ the CCIV. The room we stayed in was spacious , very clean and nicely decorated. We bought a three night package that included 2 breakfasts and one dinner. It was nice to be able to order whatever we wanted from the menu as opposed being limited to "package only menu items". The s..."taff was hard working and attentive. We especially enjoyed the company of the Marine bouncer , Jay Dolan. The CCIV has lots of events that attracts like -minded guests. We strongly suggest walking from the hotel to the local haunt Kevin's and The 28 Diner. Awesome gift shop too !   "I booked this b&b becuase of all the raving review on trip advisor, and i was not disappointed. It was prettier than the pictures show, with a nice large yard and beautiful rooms. The common area was larger than i am used to, and unlike other B&B's you have access to the kitchen, to keep your left..."overs or microwave some popcorn. the innkeeper, Jann- was welcoming and friendly. Even though she is filling in there, she showed a pride in keeping the inn, as if it was her own. She prepared great breakfasts, and checked with us in advance to see if we had any special dietary needs. We stayed in Room one on the first floor, with access to the front porch from a side door, and a private bathroom. the linens on the bed were exceptionally soft and cozy the town itself, although small, has some things you can walk to from the b&b, and there is a cultural center right across the street with art exhibits and other things going on. there are several restaurants within walking distance...
