  "Stayed here on a Saturday evening in April for a wedding in Easton, Maryland. We waited too long to book a hotel, and since the wedding was during the St. Michael's Wine Festival, everything was booked solid, so we somewhat reluctantly booked the Holiday Inn Express. However, the stay was more than ..."satisfactory and I'd stay there again without hesitation. ROOM: The room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the king/queen rooms were sold out--make sure you request one in advance if you want one!--but the full-size beds were perfectly comfortable. There was adequate storage space for two people for one night. The bathroom is a little odd, with the sink/vanity basically in the middle of the room, although there was ample counter space and everything was sparkling clean. PROPERTY: The property is no frills, but exactly what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The hotel has an indoor pool and breakfast, though we did not take advantage of either. Do not miss dinner at the Inn restaurant prepared by Chef Jordan and his top notch culinary team. He uses only the freshest local ingredients and the results make for a most memorable experience. Whatever you do, be sure to make it down to breakfast during your stay. It is served in the dining room from 8:30 to 9:30 each morning. Eggs benedict and a farm fresh omelette with aged cheddar were on the menu the two mornings of our stay. So much care and attention go into every dish that comes from this kitchen.
