The room was clean and had everything we needed, and even better for us had a nice nook by the bathroom where we put our crib. It gave us..." a little separation and a dark spot away from windows for our daughter to sleep so was perfect. The restaurant seemed nice although we didn't eat any meals there. Continental breakfast wa very basic (muffins, yogurt, cereal) but decent. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. One issue noise: They had a band playing on the night we were there and they were very loud and played until about midnight. We slept anyways as we were on the other side of the building and we were so tired we just passed out, but if we had been above them there's no way we could have ignored the noise. Location is great for those who need to stay close to town or taking in the sites or wine tour. Other reviews mention rooms being dated. They are renovating and all you have to do us ask for the n..."ewer wing. Otherwise you end up in one if the "themed rooms" which are not bad, but could use an update. Their prices are going up as the updates complete (oh well). Hotel does not have a gym or gym access but you are close to trails and parks. They now do a nice little continental breakfast in the AM. Only downside is they cater to a lot of weddings so book up over spring / fall weekends quick. If you do get in when there is a wedding you may have to deal with some noisy neighbors.
