All the staff were very welcoming to her, and there were plenty of green spaces on the property to walk with our pet. We were pleased to find that even though there were other dogs present, it's very clean. There's a small fee for pets, which we thought was reasonable, and there were no rules about leaving your pet for short periods in the room--such as heading over to the dining room for dinner, or taking a short sans-dog hike or swim.   "We stayed here at the end of a recent vacation, so it was nice to be in a larger property. The rooms were fine, nothing special. Anywhere you go you will get the same complaints about the AC and coffee. We chose to overlook the pool, which was great. Not too noisy, but periodically. The previous..." complaints about stairs are true: if you're on the 3rd level, be prepared to bump, bump, bump along for some time. Some people chose to overlook the parking lot, or the gardens. So the distance and journey to your room may be up to you, depending on how full they are. Having said all that, there is golf and tennis available and a nice restaurant and bar. On the Thursday night there was a great local singer in the bar, so it was nice to have dinner and a drink in the resort without having to get in the car.
