The room was just fine, clean and comfortable & nicely furnished.The staff were very friendly, helpful and gave us good tips on where to go and what to see.   "I was very favorably impressed with this hotel. It is a modest place, but very clean. I would not spend a vacation here, but it was GREAT for a stop-over in Prescott. It is not located near the touristy area and actually is a bit of a drive from all the restaurants and bars you find at The Courthous..."e Square/Plaza – I would not have a drink or two with dinner and then drive back to this motel. Having said all of that, here are the pluses. The room was large and comfortable. They proprietor was so helpful, patiently giving me directions to the shopping. She also answered restaurant questions. I just felt she took pride in her property and she wanted us to have a comfortable stay. I was not a paying customer, but a welcome guest. There was also a little basket of toiletries in the room, like you used to see. A razor, toothbrush, mending kit, packet of toothpaste and a few other items.
