I was greeted by Pam the owner when I arrived and showed the room and told about general house rules. Were served a beer and some peanuts as well. Since I wa..."s going to get up at 6 am each morning I did not think about a hot breakfast, but I was actually served fruit salad and a full English breakfast at 6:15 am which I thought were great. Room was comfortable, clean and had direct access to the great balcony. The B & B is a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is also an honesty bar here. I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again if I'm returning to Plettenburg bay again. " More >

  "This is a very stylish and modern B&B. Linda and Ole have done an excellent job with styling the guest house. We had the honeymoon suite which was lovely. It had a four poster bed with a big bath and shower. The room was white and cream and decorated with nice modern touches. Outside our room ..."was a large living area for the guests on the lower floor (2 rooms) and glass doors open out to a lovely garden and swimming pool. Ole noted that we had the option to choose wine from his wine cellar as part of the mini bar. Linda made fantastic blueberry muffins for breakfast and had a great selection of fruit and yoghurt.   "We chanced upon Bosavern after a long drive from Coffee Bay and couldn’t be happier that we did! After originally planning on staying for one night and moving on, we decided to stay for three! The guesthouse is modern and beautiful with great views of the beach below, and the rooms are terrific: ..."huge bathroom, king-size “sleep-on-a-cloud” beds, sliding doors that open up to the pool and deck. The best parts about Bosavern though are its hosts. Viv and Gerald were unbelievable, willing to help us in planning everything from where to go for dinner to where to stop next on our road trip (and what to see on the way). Viv even gave me a much-needed pep talk before skydiving! (And was happy to give us her B&B discount at all local attractions) We couldn’t recommend this guesthouse more, and would love to make it back! Viv and Gerald we hope to see you again soon!
