We asked if we were able to check in early due to having a small baby and check out late and they were very accommodating and allowed us to which was so much of a help. The hotel rooms were very clean and tidy and finish..."ed to a high standard. The pool area is fantastic with a pool bar and it is literally on the beach if you want a dip in the sea. It also a 2 min walk from the PADI Dive centre where my partner finished his Open water and we both took a boat out and went diving. The food in Waves restaurant was exceptional as were the staff. The head chef came out and greeted many of the customers and was very nice and polite. Breakfast was very busy but the food assortment was unreal, any and every persons taste is catered for and it was absolutely outstanding. Thank you so much for a lovely 2 days!!! " More >

  "As had previously been stated-this is a 5 star hotel but it is not quite there yet. Having said that, we went for a night and it was cheap-you get what you pay for! The hotel itself is very pretty. The rooms large enough although basic and the pool is outstanding. We found the staff very courteous a..."nd pleasant. We did have 2 cockroaches in our room but the manager was extremely apologetic and spent several minutes explaining that cockroaches were a bit of an issue in Al Aqah with all the hotels! Our friends who stayed with us had no issue so I guess we were just unlucky. The hotel was really busy and the porter told us it is always like that. Nowhere seemed too crowded though. " More >

  "After a year from our last visit to this resort , here we back again with new impression , new experience and great tasty food The way to the hotel is so easy just google it using google maps you can get exact location with detailed directions or if you have a smart phone with a navigation opt..."ion it is so easy. Arrival from Dubai at 2pm and check-in was quick, the staff was very helpful we got a complementary upgrade to family room with no extra charge also we got an extra bed to our kids for free (thank you) After having a cold welcome drink we went directly to our room the room was located on the 4th floor with an amazing view( oceanfront ) the room was clean and nice, the washroom is clean, the a/c worked fine .
