The service, from arrival and help with our bags, and the great advice given by the receptionists, to the restaurant/bar staff going the extra mile to help their customers, was fantastic. We felt truly welcome and thought the hotel was the perfect balance of comfort, style and attentive but not fawning service. We stayed there for 5 days in May for our honeymoon.
