The staff at the hotel are aware of the problem but they do not warn the guests of this - I thought this was inconsiderate, given that I had booked for 3 nights. Wifi was supposed to be available but reception tended to be fickle so it would often drop out in the middle of my being on the internet or just be unavailable altogether - most annoying.
