The process took about 30-45 minutes as our room was still being readied and were given an introductory drink. Once the room was ready we were shown around the hotel and the All Inclusive was explained with what was included and what were extras. The rooms are a mixture of 2 storied chalet style room which from the outside look rather small whilst other rooms look like they are part of a block.
